The main product page, koprez.com/products/foot-sleeve, prices a single sleeve at $39.99, shown struck through from $79.99 with a badge reading "50% OFF", read from koprez.com on 13 September 2026. The quantity selector under it reads, verbatim: "1 Sleeve $39.99 Each" / "2 Sleeves +Free Shipping $10 OFF $34.99 Each" / "4 Sleeves Most Popular $40 OFF $29.99 Each" / "6 Sleeves Best Value $90 OFF $24.99 Each", which makes two sleeves bought there $69.98.
The homepage tile for the same product shows $79.99 with no discount badge at all, read from koprez.com on 13 September 2026. That is the number the product page presents as the crossed-out, pre-discount price, shown on the homepage as the live one. A shopper who lands on the homepage and a shopper who lands on the product page are looking at the same sleeve with a $40.00 gap between them.
There is a second product page. koprez.com/products/foot-sleeve-pair headlines $79.99 for two, struck from $159.99, and its own tier table underneath then prices "1 Pair $10 OFF $69.99 Each", read from koprez.com on 13 September 2026, so the headline and the tier table on that single page disagree by $10.00.
Then there is the offer domain. offers.koprez.com/foot-sleeve-deg-bogo reads, verbatim: "Koprez® Foot Sleeves $39.98 ($159.98 value) Buy 1, get 1 free, 2 sleeves at $19.99 each. Regular price $79.99 per sleeve." Read from offers.koprez.com on 13 September 2026. A second offer page, offers.koprez.com/Plantar-Fasciitis-Sleeves-EM, asks $39.99 with a "Save $40" flag and a banner reading "🍂 SPRING SALE: FREE Shipping + 50% OFF! 🍂", which we read in September.
Count the numbers presented as the regular, per sleeve price across Koprez's own properties on one day: $39.99, $79.99, $69.99 and $19.99. One sleeve, one day, four prices. Which one you see is decided by which ad you clicked.
One price row here belongs to somebody else. OS1st sells a single FS6 sleeve for $24.99, read from os1st.com on 13 September 2026, against $29.99 for a single KnitPair sleeve, so on the cheapest single sleeve OS1st wins by $5.00 and there is no argument to make.

Buy two sleeves after arriving from the homepage and you pay $69.98, read from koprez.com on 13 September 2026. Buy two after arriving from the buy one get one free offer page and you pay $39.98, read from offers.koprez.com on 13 September 2026. That is a $30.00 spread on the same two sleeves, from the same brand, on the same day.
The Black Friday ad that started on 30 March
Meta ad id 1034503363082045 is titled "Black Friday Buy 1 Get 1 FREE + 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee", and its body opens: "BUY 1, GET 1 FREE for Black Friday + 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee!" That ad started on 30 March 2026 and was still active when we read the Meta ad library on 13 September 2026.
Black Friday 2025 was four months before it launched and Black Friday 2026 is still ahead of it. The ad has been running continuously for five and a half months under the name of a sale day it does not sit anywhere near.
What that does to the price is measurable. A discount advertised without interruption since March is not a discount off a price anyone is being asked to pay, and the $79.99 on the homepage tile, together with the phrase "Regular price $79.99 per sleeve" on the offer page, is the reference point that makes $39.98 look like a rescue. Of the eleven koprez.com and offers.koprez.com pages read on 13 September 2026, only the homepage tile showed $79.99 as the live price for one sleeve.
Eighty of ninety ads carry the same offer
We sampled 90 active Koprez US ads on 13 September 2026, and eighty of them, about 89 percent, carried buy one get one free. Koprez was running 546 active US Meta ads on page 104789644587334 at that point, plus roughly 300 Google ads under the advertiser name "Mandala Group LLC", with the newest creatives started on 12 September 2026, which is live spend rather than an old campaign decaying in the library.
The landing slugs those sampled ads point at were: offers.koprez.com/deg with 58 ads, /foot-adv with 10, /deg-bogo with 7, /10-reasons-sc with 6, /pf-classic-bogo with 4, /adv-ko with 2, /pf-classic-a with 2, and /deg-fs-bb with 1. All eight landing slugs in the 90 ad sample were on offers.koprez.com rather than koprez.com, read from the Meta ad library on 13 September 2026.
These creatives run for a long time. Meta ad id 1945703776383035 started on 20 November 2025 and was still active on 13 September 2026, headed "Unveiling 2025's Breakthrough Cure for Plantar Fasciitis".
4.7 on their site, 4.3 on their claimed Trustpilot profile
Koprez publishes "4.7/5 Based on reviews from 500K+ customers" and "(10,242 Reviews)" on its homepage and product page, read from koprez.com on 13 September 2026, with sub-scores listed as "Resullts 4.7/5 | Easy to Take 4.9/5 | Quality 4.7/5 | Value for Money 4.6/5". The spelling of the first sub-score is theirs.
The Trustpilot profile at trustpilot.com/review/koprez.com shows 4.3 from 765 reviews, read from trustpilot.com on 13 September 2026. The distribution there is 82 percent five star, 7 percent four star, 1 percent three star, under 1 percent two star, and 9 percent one star. The profile is marked "Claimed profile • September 2022" and carries a "Paid Trustpilot subscription" label, which means Koprez is aware of it and pays for a relationship with the platform.
The seller's own page reports 4.7 from 10,242 reviews and the seller's claimed third party profile reports 4.3 from 765, both read on 13 September 2026. The 9 percent one star share is the figure worth a buyer's attention, because it is the only published distribution here that a shopper can inspect without taking a seller's word for the average.
What nobody in this category publishes
Compression sleeves are sold on the promise of compression, and not one of the four brands here publishes a compression figure in mmHg: not Koprez, where the string does not appear on any of the eleven pages we read on 13 September 2026, not One Compress, not OS1st, and not KnitPair.
Fibre percentages are published by exactly one brand. OS1st gives the split as "24% LYCRA® Spandex, 76% Micro-Nylon", read from os1st.com on 13 September 2026, while Koprez describes its material as "Premium nylon-spandex. Hypoallergenic, breathable, chemical-free. Durable comfort for daily wear.", read from koprez.com on 13 September 2026. That second sentence contains no percentage, no denier, no knit gauge and no weight.
Size charts are the third gap, and here the category is close to unanimous. koprez.com/pages/fs-size-guide contains a heading and one image file, Plantar-Fasciitis-Size-Guide-Mob2_1_1024x1024.webp, with an empty alt attribute and zero table elements on the page, read from koprez.com on 13 September 2026. OS1st publishes its chart as the image OS1st-SizeCharts_FS6_Bracing-26_Q1.png and One Compress as 001_1f1abf2e-d070-43aa-bac3-2ad12f060aff.jpg. KnitPair publishes its three sizes as text: M 7.5 to 9 in, which is 19 to 23 cm; L 9 to 10.4 in, which is 23 to 26.5 cm; XL 10.4 in, which is 26.5 cm, and up, measured around the ankle about 2 inches, or 5 cm, above the ankle bone.

The costs that sit outside the sticker price
Koprez's US shipping is free over $60 and otherwise $4.99, read from koprez.com/policies/shipping-policy on 13 September 2026, where the estimate reads "Up to 5 Business Days" while their FAQ says "1-5 business days". A single $39.99 sleeve does not clear $60, so the realistic delivered cost on the main product page is $44.98, and the $39.98 two sleeve offer sits under $60 as well.
There is a second optional cost. Koprez's returns page offers a "Perfect Fit Guarantee™" add-on at checkout for $9.99, which buys a size exchange, read from koprez.com/pages/returns-and-exchange on 13 September 2026. That is a charge for a service some sellers include, and whether it is worth $9.99 depends entirely on how confident you are reading a size chart that exists only as an image.
The return window itself is 30 days: "All products come with a 30-day trial, starting from the day the parcel is received." Returns must be shipped within 14 days of receiving instructions, there is no restocking fee, and refunds are stated as 5 to 10 business days, all read from koprez.com on 13 September 2026. Who should buy Koprez
Koprez publishes six size labels, S to 3XL, against our three, and their chart is an image you will have to open and zoom to see whether it covers your measurement (koprez.com, 13 September 2026). A sleeve that fits at $39.98 is worth more than a sleeve that does not fit at $37.99. The same reasoning points at OS1st, which also lists six size labels.
If you want three or more sleeves so you can wash one and wear another, Koprez is the arithmetic answer. Four sleeves at $29.99 each is $119.96 and six at $24.99 each is $149.94, read from koprez.com on 13 September 2026, and no other brand of the four published volume tiers on 13 September 2026. Enter through offers.koprez.com/foot-sleeve-deg-bogo rather than the homepage, because the other door prices the same sleeve at $79.99.
If you only need one sleeve at the lowest published price, the answer is neither Koprez nor us. It is OS1st at $24.99, read from os1st.com on 13 September 2026, which states in plain text: "Pairs come with two (2) sleeves per package. Singles are only available in Black."
Who should hold off
If what you actually want is a compression figure, wait, and understand that waiting may not end. No brand in this comparison publishes mmHg, including us, and if the compression number is the thing you are buying on then none of these four pages contains the information required to make that purchase.
If you are buying because an ad told you a sale ends soon, wait a week and check whether it did. Meta ad id 1034503363082045 has been promising Black Friday since 30 March 2026 and was still promising it on 13 September 2026. Eighty of the ninety Koprez ads we sampled on 13 September 2026 carried buy one get one free. The offer is not going anywhere, so neither should your decision, and a week of not buying costs you nothing.
And if you came here because the copy promised something the garment cannot underwrite, the honest move is to close the tab. Koprez's own pages carry lines like "Day 30 | Pain-Free, Wake Up. Step Down. No Pain.", "Relief starts instantly", "Many feel relief within hours." and "Keeps pain away for good", and offers.koprez.com/Plantar-Fasciitis-Sleeves-EM says the product will "eliminate every symptom of plantar fasciitis forever in 4 weeks", all read on 13 September 2026. Live Meta ad 1412433000108659, started 10 March 2026, adds "✅ Complete healing in 30 days or less". A knitted nylon sleeve with a criss-cross strap is a garment. If a promise of healing is what is deciding your purchase, the person to ask is not a foot sleeve brand.
