Where the two Koprez review numbers live
Koprez publishes a rating block on the koprez.com homepage and on the foot sleeve product page reading "4.7/5 Based on reviews from 500K+ customers", with a count in parentheses beside it, "(10,242 Reviews)". Four sub-scores sit underneath it, typo and all: "Resullts 4.7/5 | Easy to Take 4.9/5 | Quality 4.7/5 | Value for Money 4.6/5". Checked 13 September 2026. That block publishes no star distribution, so the 4.7 arrives without any way to see what the unhappy quarter of a star is made of.
On trustpilot.com/review/koprez.com the score the same day was 4.3, from 765 total reviews, and there the distribution is printed: 5 star 82%, 4 star 7%, 3 star 1%, 2 star under 1%, 1 star 9%.
10,242 against 765. The on-site count is roughly thirteen times the Trustpilot count, the two ratings differ by 0.4, and the lower of the two is the one that shows you its one star column.

On the specification a review keeps reaching for, what the thing is actually made of, KnitPair publishes no fibre percentages and no mmHg figure, and neither does Koprez. OS1st is the only one of the four that publishes a split, given in text as "24% LYCRA® Spandex, 76% Micro-Nylon", checked 13 September 2026. The Koprez material line reads "Premium nylon-spandex. Hypoallergenic, breathable, chemical-free. Durable comfort for daily wear."
The customer count changes with the page you open
The rating is not the only Koprez number that moves depending on where you read it. The brand publishes a customer total in at least three places, and they do not agree.
- "See Why 500,000+ Satisfied Customers Trust Koprez", on the koprez.com homepage and product page, checked 13 September 2026.
- "4. 200,000+ people already wear them daily.", inside Meta ad id 1650980879516949, started 16 June 2026 and still active on the 13th.
- "Over 100,000 Real Satisfied Customers", on offers.koprez.com/Plantar-Fasciitis-Sleeves-EM, checked the same day.
The largest of the three is five times the smallest, and all three were live simultaneously on 13 September 2026. Their advertorials use the biggest one, "Loved by over 500,000 satisfied customers". The practical consequence for review reading is that the denominator is not a measurement, so there is no arithmetic to do: you cannot divide 10,242 reviews by 500,000 customers and get a response rate, because the same company publishes two smaller totals for the same thing on the same day.
What the two Trustpilot labels actually state
The Trustpilot page carries two labels worth reading precisely. It says "Claimed profile • September 2022" and it carries a "Paid Trustpilot subscription" label, checked 13 September 2026. Claimed means the business has taken control of the listing rather than leaving it as an unowned page. Paid means the business is a Trustpilot customer. Those labels describe ownership and billing, and nothing else on that page describes how the 765 reviews were collected.
What the 765 is not is a census. A Trustpilot profile contains the people who went to Trustpilot, which is a self-selected sample, and the 10,242 on koprez.com is also a sample, gathered by a different mechanism on a page the brand hosts. Neither number is the truth about every Koprez buyer. The part worth noticing is that the sample collected where the brand does not control the furniture is 0.4 lower and thirteen times smaller.
A reader who has seen only one of these two numbers has seen less than half of what Koprez publishes about itself, and which one you saw first depends on whether you arrived from an ad or from a search.
What a review of a sleeve can actually settle
Two specifications would make two reviewers' opinions comparable, and on 13 September 2026 neither was published. mmHg, the standard unit for graduated compression, appears nowhere across the eleven koprez.com and offers.koprez.com pages read that day, nowhere on onecompress.com or onecompressbamboo.com, nowhere on os1st.com, and nowhere on our own pages. Fibre percentages are published by OS1st alone: "24% LYCRA® Spandex, 76% Micro-Nylon". Koprez gives the sentence quoted above with no split, One Compress gives "New Bamboo Material makes these the most comfortable eco-friendly socks on the market." and "Bamboo draws moisture away 4x better than cotton.", also with no split, and we give none.
So a reviewer calling a sleeve firm, gentle or too tight is reporting one ankle against one unspecified fabric tension, and when two reviewers disagree there is no published figure underneath either of them to reconcile the argument. The same goes for a review that says the fabric felt thin or clammy or wore through: for three of the four brands here there is no material spec on the page to check it against.
That leaves a short list of things a review can settle for you.

That is a count question, and the count is handled differently by each brand: the Koprez product title "Koprez® Foot Sleeve" is singular and only the quantity selector states a number.
- What happened when someone tried to return it, which is a policy question with a published answer and a published deadline.
- Durability over months, which no specification on any of these pages addresses at all.
Everything else in a sleeve review is a sensation report from a stranger's foot.

The two-sleeve row goes to us by $1.99 against Koprez's own buy one get one page, which reads "Koprez® Foot Sleeves $39.98 ($159.98 value) Buy 1, get 1 free, 2 sleeves at $19.99 each. Regular price $79.99 per sleeve.", read from offers.koprez.com on 13 September 2026. $1.99 is not a landslide.
One Compress sits in the same position as Koprez on the count question, approached from the other side: "6141 Customer Reviews" on the product page against "3,000+ Reviews" on an advertorial, checked 13 September 2026, with four separate customer totals across their own properties at 800,000, 750,000, 500,000 and 170,000.
The date on the reviews is not the date on the offer
A review count cannot tell you how old the offer attached to it is. Koprez was running 546 active US Meta ads on page 104789644587334 on 13 September 2026, plus roughly 300 Google ads as advertiser "Mandala Group LLC", and of 90 sampled active US ads, 80 carried buy one get one free, about 89%.
Meta ad id 1034503363082045 is titled "Black Friday Buy 1 Get 1 FREE + 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee". It started on 30 March 2026 and was still running on the 13th, which makes a Black Friday sale five and a half months old. That matters for reading reviews, because a buyer who wrote a glowing review in April was looking at the same "Black Friday" price a reader sees today. The discount is the standing price rather than an event, and it will be there next month too.
The ad library also carries claims the product page does not repeat. Meta ad id 1412433000108659, started 10 March 2026 and still active on the 13th, says "✅ Complete healing in 30 days or less". The Koprez return window is also 30 days, from koprez.com/pages/returns-and-exchange: "All products come with a 30-day trial, starting from the day the parcel is received." A buyer who waits for the end of the promised healing period before deciding is deciding on the last day they could have sent the sleeve back.
Who should buy Koprez instead
Buy Koprez if published reviews are the thing you weigh most heavily. Their Trustpilot profile carried 765 of them on 13 September 2026, on a listing Koprez does not host, with the star breakdown printed beside the score, and a 9% one star share you can read before you spend anything.

Three reasons to close the tab and spend nothing
Buy nothing yet if what you actually want is a compression figure. None of the four brands published mmHg on 13 September 2026, so no amount of review reading will produce one, and if a clinician has told you to wear a specific compression class then none of these pages can tell you whether any of these sleeves meets it. Ask the clinician which product, not the internet.
Measure your ankle before you spend anything. Koprez, One Compress and OS1st all published their size charts as image files on 13 September 2026, and an image-only chart cannot be searched, copied into a converter, or read by a screen reader. Measure the circumference about 2 inches above the ankle bone first, then open the charts, then decide.
And hold off entirely if the only evidence in front of you is a star average with nothing behind it. The 4.7 from 10,242 on koprez.com shows no breakdown; the 4.3 from 765 on Trustpilot shows 9% at one star. Both were checked 13 September 2026, and if you are going to decide on reviews, decide on the version that shows you the bad ones.
