$39.99, $79.99, $69.99 and $19.99, same sleeve and same day: the highest of those is four times the lowest. The pair page manages to contradict itself inside a single screen. A $79.99 headline for two, struck from $159.99, sits directly above a tier table that prices one pair at $69.99.
Two sleeves is where the spread actually bites. offers.koprez.com/foot-sleeve-deg-bogo put two at $39.98 while the quantity tiers on koprez.com/products/foot-sleeve put two at $69.98, a difference of $30.00 on the same day for the same goods. KnitPair's pair is $37.99, which is $1.99 under the cheaper of those two and $31.99 under the dearer. Before entering a card, open both Koprez URLs in two tabs and take whichever number is lower, because the ad you clicked decides which one you were shown.
A Black Friday offer that started on 30 March
Meta ad id 1034503363082045 is titled "Black Friday Buy 1 Get 1 FREE + 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee", and its body opens, "BUY 1, GET 1 FREE for Black Friday + 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee!" The library records it as started 30 March 2026 and still serving on 13 September 2026, which is five and a half months of continuous Black Friday.
It is not an outlier either. Of 90 active Koprez US ads sampled on 13 September 2026, 80 carried the same buy one get one free offer, and when eighty of the ninety sampled ads, about 89%, carried the same offer, that offer is the standing price wearing a holiday label. That profile is claimed and carries a paid subscription label, so it is not an abandoned listing nobody has touched.
We make no claim about how either set of reviews was collected. Both are published figures from named sources read on the same day, 0.4 apart on the score, and the on-site count of 10,242 is about thirteen times the 765 reviews on the Trustpilot profile. The number worth opening before you spend is neither average but the 9% at one star, which is the published share of buyers who went to a third-party site and left the worst rating available.
Three customer counts and what the ads promise
Koprez published three different customer totals on 13 September 2026. The homepage and product page say "See Why 500,000+ Satisfied Customers Trust Koprez". Who is said to stand behind the product shifts by page too. "Designed & endorsed by expert podiatrists" appears on one offer page only, offers.koprez.com/Plantar-Fasciitis-Sleeves-EM. On koprez.com the practitioner named is a physical therapist: "we partnered with Anabelen "Annie" Aranton, a licensed physical therapist with decades of experience". The same page carries an editorial quote attributed to "Wellness Weekly" and the line "$218,000 in research behind it", read 13 September 2026.
The mechanism names are worth keeping straight, because they do not all live on the same surface. The product page names "Biolateral Compression Zones", described as "Six targeted compression zones work in harmony to maximize comfort and deliver support precisely where it's needed most", plus "Instant Relief Technology" and "Premium Compression Fabric, More flexible than standard materials". "Polyaxial Support Straps" appears in Meta ad id 1412433000108659 and not on the site. None of the five names is attached to a material, a tension figure or an mmHg value.
What nobody here prints
The most useful number for a compression garment is the one no brand in this comparison publishes. What would change this answer
Re-open trustpilot.com/review/koprez.com against the baseline printed here: 4.3, 765 reviews, 9% at one star on 13 September 2026. A score drifting down, or a one star share climbing well above 9% on a much larger review base, tells you more than the average does, because the average moves slowly once a few hundred five star ratings are already in it. A one star share that holds near 9% while the count grows is the boring, reassuring outcome.
