Koprez Plantar Fasciitis Sleeve Review: Five Named Mechanisms, One Line of Material, and a Size Chart You Cannot Read

Five mechanism names and one line of material

The Koprez product page names three things the sleeve is doing. The longest is "Biolateral Compression Zones, Six targeted compression zones work in harmony to maximize comfort and deliver support precisely where it's needed most", and the other two are "Instant Relief Technology" and "Premium Compression Fabric, More flexible than standard materials", all three read from the product page at koprez.com on 13 September 2026. A Meta ad adds two more names that do not appear on the site: "Polyaxial Support Straps that work like cables, lifting your fascia so it stops tearing with every step" and "Biolateral Circular Compression that drives blood flow deep into damaged tissue for real healing" (Meta ad id 1412433000108659, 13 Sep 2026). Which surface a name sits on matters, because the straps are an advertising line and the zones are a product-page line, and only one of those is where a buyer goes to read a specification.

Against five named mechanisms, the description of what the garment actually is runs to three sentences: "Premium nylon-spandex. Hypoallergenic, breathable, chemical-free. Durable comfort for daily wear." (koprez.com, 13 Sep 2026). Two fibres, no percentages, three adjectives. The string "mmHg" appears on none of the eleven Koprez pages read that day, none of the five mechanism names is accompanied by a material, a tension figure or an mmHg value, and the measurements behind the six size labels exist on the site only inside a .webp image with an empty alt attribute. Everything published about what the sleeve does is a name; almost nothing published about what it is, is a number.

Settle the size row before anything else, because it is where Koprez beats us on the specification a buyer can act on. Koprez sells six sizes, S, M, L, XL, 2XL and 3XL (koprez.com, 13 Sep 2026). KnitPair sells three. Which of those is the better position is not a general question, it is a question about your ankle: six sizes you cannot read beats three you can, if the size you need is inside the six, and a readable chart is worth nothing if the number it hands you is a size the brand does not make. Measure first, then decide which of those two problems you would rather have.

The material line, and the number nobody in the category publishes

"Premium nylon-spandex" tells you the two polymer families and nothing about the ratio between them, which is the part that changes how a knit behaves. A knit that is mostly nylon with a little elastane and one with a great deal more elastane behave differently on the foot, and that phrase covers both. OS1st is the only brand of the four that resolves it, at 76% Micro-Nylon and 24% LYCRA Spandex (os1st.com, 13 Sep 2026).

The mmHg gap is wider than Koprez. The string is absent from koprez.com, from onecompress.com, from onecompressbamboo.com and from os1st.com, all read on 13 September 2026, and KnitPair does not publish one either. In a category whose entire premise is compression, the one figure that would let a buyer rank four sleeves against each other is missing from every one of them, so nobody should read its absence here as a Koprez-specific failure.

What Koprez does publish alongside the material line is volume. The product page carries "4.7/5 Based on reviews from 500K+ customers" and "$218,000 in research behind it." (koprez.com, 13 Sep 2026), and the brand ran 546 active US Meta ads on page 104789644587334, newest creatives started 12 September 2026 (Meta ad library, 13 Sep 2026). None of that is a specification. It is a set of numbers about the company rather than about the sleeve.

The size chart is a picture

Koprez's size guide lives at koprez.com/pages/fs-size-guide. Read on 13 September 2026, that page contains a heading and one image, Plantar-Fasciitis-Size-Guide-Mob2_1_1024x1024.webp. Its alt attribute is present and empty, and the page contains zero table elements, so there is no row, column or cell of size data anywhere in the page's text.

• A screen reader reaching that page announces nothing useful. An empty alt attribute is the instruction to treat an image as decorative and skip it, which puts the sizing data for a six-size product out of reach of a blind or low-vision buyer rather than merely making it awkward.
• If the image fails to load, on a slow connection, a metered one, a corporate proxy or a browser with images off, the page renders as a heading above nothing, because an empty alt attribute leaves no text fallback behind it.
• The data cannot be copied. There is no measurement to paste into a unit converter, a note, or a message to whoever is buying the sleeve on your behalf.
• The filename ends in Mob2, which reads as a mobile variant.

One Compress publishes its chart as 001_1f1abf2e-d070-43aa-bac3-2ad12f060aff.jpg (onecompress.com, 13 Sep 2026) and OS1st as OS1st-SizeCharts_FS6_Bracing-26_Q1.png (os1st.com, 13 Sep 2026). All three rivals use the same format, and what is inside those three image files was not read, so the only sizing comparison available anywhere on this page is the count of size steps.

KnitPair's three sizes are printed in the page text: M 7.5 to 9 in (19 to 23 cm), L 9 to 10.4 in (23 to 26.5 cm), XL 10.4 in (26.5 cm) and up, measured as the circumference about 2 inches (5 cm) above the ankle bone, unisex. At checkout, Koprez offers a "Perfect Fit Guarantee™" add-on for $9.99, and what it buys is a size exchange (koprez.com, 13 Sep 2026). Set that next to the size guide: the sizing information for six sizes is published as a single image with an empty alt attribute, and a paid product at checkout resolves the consequence of getting the size wrong. What stands here is what the two pages contain, and the $9.99 price on the second of them.

The arithmetic is worth doing out loud. One sleeve at $39.99 plus the $9.99 add-on is $49.98, which is $9.99 over the headline and $24.99 over an OS1st single at $24.99 (os1st.com, 13 Sep 2026). If you buy the add-on because the chart left you unsure, the chart has cost you roughly a quarter of the sleeve's price again.

The base return terms are separate from the add-on. Where the healing language sits, and where the practitioner sits

Meta ad id 1412433000108659 started 10 March 2026 and was still active on 13 September 2026. Besides the Polyaxial Support Straps line, its body carries "✅ Complete healing in 30 days or less", and its link description reads "Relief in minutes, healing in weeks."

Meta ad id 1945703776383035 started 20 November 2025 and was also still running on 13 September 2026, carrying "Unveiling 2025's Breakthrough Cure for Plantar Fasciitis", "✅ Trusted by Podiatrists Globally" and "Keeps plantar fasciitis away for good".

On koprez.com itself, read the same day, the named practitioner is described this way: "we partnered with Anabelen "Annie" Aranton, a licensed physical therapist with decades of experience". A physical therapist, singular, named. The phrase "Designed & endorsed by expert podiatrists" appears on one offer page, offers.koprez.com/Plantar-Fasciitis-Sleeves-EM (13 Sep 2026), and podiatrist is not the word koprez.com uses for its own partner. A person who clicks the ad reading "Trusted by Podiatrists Globally" lands on a site whose practitioner paragraph names a different profession, and both of those pages were live on the same date.

The healing language runs on both surfaces. On koprez.com (13 Sep 2026): "Day 30 | Pain-Free, Wake Up. Step Down. No Pain.", "Relief starts instantly", "Many feel relief within hours." and "Keeps pain away for good". On offers.koprez.com/Plantar-Fasciitis-Sleeves-EM, same date: "eliminate every symptom of plantar fasciitis forever in 4 weeks". The outcome is specified to the day and to the week. The garment behind it is specified as premium nylon-spandex, and the more precise number on these pages is attached to the promise rather than to the product.

What you can check on each page before paying

• Koprez: $39.99 for one sleeve, six sizes, three colours, a 30 day trial, a $9.99 fit add-on, and US shipping free over $60 or $4.99 otherwise, with the FAQ saying "1-5 business days" where the policy page says "Up to 5 Business Days". All read from koprez.com on 13 September 2026. Sizing is readable only if you can see and load an image. Fibres and mmHg are not published.
• One Compress: $49.00 against a $75.00 compare-at, five sizes, 30 days in the refund policy against 60 days in the product page marketing, and no sleeve count anywhere on the page (onecompress.com and onecompressbamboo.com, 13 Sep 2026). The bamboo storefront showed the product sold out on that date. Fibres and mmHg are not published.
• OS1st FS6: $24.99 for a single and $39.99 for a pair, with the count stated in text, "Pairs come with two (2) sleeves per package.", plus six sizes, 30 day returns and a published fibre split of 76% Micro-Nylon and 24% LYCRA Spandex (os1st.com, 13 Sep 2026). mmHg is not published. Sizing is an image.
• KnitPair: $29.99 single and $37.99 for a pair, one price each, three sizes published as text in inches and centimetres, about 60 g per sleeve, black, knitted nylon with an adjustable criss-cross wrap strap, closed heel and open toe, 100 day returns. Fibre percentages and mmHg are not published, and OS1st is the brand that publishes the fibre split.

OS1st publishes the most checkable material data on the object and has the cheapest single sleeve. Koprez and OS1st both publish six sizes, the most of the four, and Koprez publishes the most mechanism names and the least about the material those mechanisms are knitted from.

Who should buy the Koprez sleeve

If you need a size we do not make, buy Koprez. Six sizes against our three is not a rounding difference. Measure your ankle circumference about 2 inches above the ankle bone first, open the size guide image on a desktop screen where you can zoom it, and if you still cannot resolve which of the six you are, treat the $9.99 add-on as part of the sizing page's cost and decide at $49.98 rather than at $39.99.

If the goal is the cheapest single sleeve from a brand that tells you what it is made of, buy the OS1st FS6 at $24.99 and read the 76% and 24% split on the way through (os1st.com, 13 Sep 2026). That is $15.00 under the Koprez single and $5.00 under the KnitPair single, and OS1st is the only one of the four that fills in the fibre row.

If you want an mmHg figure before you spend anything, buy nothing yet. Not one of these four brands published a compression value on 13 September 2026, so waiting on these four specifically is waiting for a number none of them has printed. Either buy on the terms you can check, price, size count, size chart format, returns window, or put the money toward a fitting with a clinician instead.
