That is $5.00 in OS1st's favour over us and $15.00 over Koprez, and on that row we have no argument to make. If price per sleeve is the only thing being weighed here, the page can stop at this paragraph.
Two things sit alongside the $24.99. OS1st singles come in one colour, verbatim: "Pairs come with two (2) sleeves per package. Singles are only available in Black." And the FS6 page header shows $24.99 until the Pair option is selected, at which point two sleeves is $39.99, both on os1st.com, 13 September 2026.

If the price maze is what sent you here
Count the numbers Koprez presents as the regular price of one sleeve across its own properties on a single day. koprez.com/products/foot-sleeve says $39.99, struck through from $79.99 with a "50% OFF" badge. The homepage tile shows the same sleeve at $79.99 with no badge at all. koprez.com/products/foot-sleeve-pair headlines $79.99 for two, then prices "1 Pair $10 OFF $69.99 Each" in its own tier table further down the same page. offers.koprez.com/foot-sleeve-deg-bogo reads: "Koprez® Foot Sleeves $39.98 ($159.98 value) Buy 1, get 1 free, 2 sleeves at $19.99 each. Regular price $79.99 per sleeve." All on 13 September 2026. That gives $39.99, $79.99, $69.99 and $19.99 for the same item on the same day, and the highest of the four is four times the lowest.
The discount is not a moment either. Meta ad 1034503363082045, titled "Black Friday Buy 1 Get 1 FREE + 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee", started on 30 March 2026 and was still running when the ad library was pulled on 13 September 2026. A Black Friday offer five and a half months old is a price rather than a sale. On the same day offers.koprez.com/Plantar-Fasciitis-Sleeves-EM carried a banner reading "🍂 SPRING SALE: FREE Shipping + 50% OFF! 🍂", which was also read in September.
What the alternatives charge, with nothing struck through:

If the 30 day window is what sent you here
Koprez's returns page is explicit: "All products come with a 30-day trial, starting from the day the parcel is received." Returns must be shipped within 14 days of receiving instructions, there is no restocking fee, and refunds take 5 to 10 business days, all on koprez.com/pages/returns-and-exchange, 13 September 2026. A $9.99 "Perfect Fit Guarantee™" add-on at checkout buys a size exchange.
OS1st is also 30 days, on os1st.com/pages/returns-and-exchanges, 13 September 2026. Switching there buys no extra time to change your mind.
One Compress is the one to read twice. The product page promises "60-Day No-Risk Guarantee" and "Try them for 60 days. If you don't feel less foot pain and improved mobility, send them back for a complete refund.", on onecompress.com, 13 September 2026. The written refund policy, read from onecompressbamboo.com/policies/refund-policy on 13 September 2026, accepts returns within "30 days of receiving your order" and requires items "returned in their original, unused and resalable condition". Both sentences were live at once, so open both URLs before buying on the strength of the 60.
KnitPair's window is 100 days. On that row the gap is wide rather than narrow: 100 against 30, 30 and a contested 60.
If you want to know what the thing is made of
"24% LYCRA® Spandex, 76% Micro-Nylon", on os1st.com, 13 September 2026. OS1st is the only one of the four publishing a fibre split, and that is the second row it takes.
The other three give adjectives. Koprez: "Premium nylon-spandex. Hypoallergenic, breathable, chemical-free. Durable comfort for daily wear.", on koprez.com, 13 September 2026. One Compress: "New Bamboo Material makes these the most comfortable eco-friendly socks on the market." and "Bamboo draws moisture away 4x better than cotton.", on onecompress.com, 13 September 2026. KnitPair describes a knitted nylon sleeve with an adjustable criss-cross wrap strap and publishes no percentages either. If a fibre sensitivity is the reason you are asking, one page of the four answers the question.
If you cannot tell how many sleeves you are getting
On 13 September 2026 the One Compress product page gave no sleeve count anywhere. The title is "Premium Anti-Fatigue Bamboo Footsleeves", plural, with no pack or quantity option and no count in the price area, the variant options, the description or the size guide. The only brand-written use of "pair" on the page is a returns FAQ: "Send them back and we will get another pair sent out." The page asks $49.00 without saying what arrives for it. The same day, the footsleeves page on onecompressbamboo.com showed "Sold out".
Koprez states the count only inside its quantity selector, where the first option reads "1 Sleeve", while the product title "Koprez® Foot Sleeve" is singular and the description gives no number, on koprez.com, 13 September 2026. OS1st settles it in a sentence on the page, and KnitPair sells a single and a pair as two separate priced items.
If you need a size outside a narrow range
KnitPair publishes three sizes, measured as ankle circumference about 2 inches (5 cm) above the ankle bone: M 7.5 to 9 in (19 to 23 cm), L 9 to 10.4 in (23 to 26.5 cm), XL 10.4 in (26.5 cm) and up, unisex. There is nothing below 7.5 in.
Koprez publishes six sizes starting at S and OS1st publishes six starting at X-Small, both charts images you will have to open and zoom to see whether their smallest covers your measurement. One Compress publishes five, SML, MED, LRG, XLG and 2XL, on onecompress.com, 13 September 2026. Against five and six, three is last of four, and a returns window is worth nothing on a garment that was never going to fit.
If you want sizing printed as numbers rather than as a picture
KnitPair's size chart is selectable text, in inches and centimetres. That is the row it wins outright.
Koprez's size guide at koprez.com/pages/fs-size-guide is a heading and one image file, Plantar-Fasciitis-Size-Guide-Mob2_1_1024x1024.webp, carrying an empty alt attribute, with zero table elements on the page, on koprez.com, 13 September 2026. One Compress's chart is an image, 001_1f1abf2e-d070-43aa-bac3-2ad12f060aff.jpg, on onecompress.com, 13 September 2026. OS1st's is an image, OS1st-SizeCharts_FS6_Bracing-26_Q1.png, on os1st.com, 13 September 2026. Three of the four brands ask you to zoom into a picture to find out whether the product fits, which is why the instruction above is to measure first.
The row where all four brands are identical

Compression is what the category is named after, and no brand here states how much of it in the standard unit on a public page. If Koprez's silence on that number is what sent you looking, none of the alternatives ends the search.
If the claims are what sent you here
Some people leave a Koprez page over the register of the copy rather than the money. On its own pages on 13 September 2026 Koprez publishes "Relief starts instantly", "Keeps pain away for good", and on offers.koprez.com/Plantar-Fasciitis-Sleeves-EM, "eliminate every symptom of plantar fasciitis forever in 4 weeks". The audience number moves with the page: "200,000+" in its ads, "500,000+" on koprez.com, "Over 100,000 Real Satisfied Customers" on that offer page. Its site shows "4.7/5 Based on reviews from 500K+ customers" and "(10,242 Reviews)", while its claimed profile, carrying a "Paid Trustpilot subscription" label and a claim date of September 2022, showed 4.3 from 765 reviews, read from trustpilot.com/review/koprez.com on 13 September 2026. Both figures were live on the same day and both are open for you to check.
Switching to One Compress does not move away from any of that. It publishes "87% noticed meaningful pain relief within 2 weeks" on its product page, and four different customer counts across its own properties, from "Over 170,000" in an advertorial to "800,000+ Satisfied Customers" on both homepages, on 13 September 2026. It runs about 842 active US Meta ads across four page identities as advertiser "Ksquare, LLC": "One Compress" with 364, "Pure Living Digest" with 290, "Clinic Discussions: Injuries, Relief & More" with 95 and "Reddit Relief: Stories, Discussions & More" with 93. The last three read as publications and are advertiser identities operated by Ksquare, LLC, with ads that land on onecompress.com.
Koprez ran 546 active US Meta ads plus roughly 300 Google ads as advertiser "Mandala Group LLC" on the same date, and 80 of 90 sampled active US ads carried a buy one get one free offer, about 89%. Of the four brands here, OS1st and KnitPair are the two with no ad-library figure in this sweep, because the sweep covered Koprez and One Compress only.
Who should stay with Koprez, and who should buy nothing this week
Stay with Koprez if you need a size at the extremes. Six sizes from S to 3XL in three colours, on koprez.com, 13 September 2026, is the widest published range here alongside OS1st's six, and no returns policy fixes a garment that does not come in your size. Stay with Koprez, too, if you have found the BOGO page and $39.98 for two sleeves is the number in your head, because $1.99 is not a reason to change brands you already trust. Nothing here says their product does not work. It says their prices disagree with each other.
Buy OS1st if the price of a single sleeve decides it, at $24.99, or if you want the material split printed. Buy One Compress if bamboo fabric at $49.00 is the appeal, having read the 60 day promise and the 30 day policy side by side first. Buy nothing this week if what you want is a compression figure, because no brand in this table publishes one and every purchase in the category is made without it.
