Tracked delivery
Clear delivery information before you order.
Shipping is free and tracked to all 76 countries we sell to. Tracking is emailed after dispatch. Any import duty or tax charged by your own country is payable by you.
Processing and tracking
Orders are normally prepared within one to three business days. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with the carrier and tracking link.

Carrier estimates are working ranges rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Seasonal demand, weather and customs processing may cause occasional delays.

Duties and taxes
The price shown at checkout is what we charge, and shipping is free and tracked. Some countries charge import duty or tax on parcels arriving from abroad.
Where that happens, the charge is set by your own country and is your responsibility to pay. We have no control over the amount and it is not part of our price.
Delayed or missing parcels
Tracking can pause temporarily while a parcel moves between carrier networks. If an order has not arrived 30 days after dispatch, email support@knitpair.com with your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Address changes
Contact us immediately if an address needs correction. We can update it before dispatch, but cannot guarantee a change after the carrier has received the parcel.
