These terms apply to orders placed with KnitPair through knitpair.com. Our published address is 1460 The Queensway, Toronto, Ontario M8Z 1S4, Canada. You can reach us at support@knitpair.com.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept that offer when we dispatch your parcel, and the contract between us begins at that point. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will tell you and refund it in full.
Pricing
All prices are shown and charged in United States dollars. One sleeve is $29.99 USD, and a pair of two sleeves is $37.99 USD. Prices may change over time, but the price shown when you order is the price we charge for that order.
Shipping and returns
Our shipping and duties policy and our returns and refunds policy form part of these terms. Please read them before ordering, in particular the position on import duty and tax charged by your own country.
What the product is
KnitPair ankle sleeves are comfort garments. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent a medical condition. Use them as everyday clothing and stop wearing them if they feel uncomfortable.
Limitation of liability
We are responsible for supplying the product described, and for our own policies above. We are not responsible for losses that were not a foreseeable result of anything we did, such as lost income or knock-on costs. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the other laws of Canada that apply there.
