You have 100 days from delivery to request a refund. Worn or unworn, there is no restocking fee.
Eligibility
A refund may be requested within 100 days of delivery, whether the sleeves have been tried on or not. There is no restocking fee or condition test.
How to request a return
Email support@knitpair.com with your order number. A reason is optional, although sizing feedback helps us improve the fit guidance.
Return shipping
Most single-item refunds do not require the sleeve to be mailed back. If a physical return is required for a larger order, we will provide instructions and a prepaid shipping label before anything is sent.
Do not mail an item without contacting us first. We will confirm whether a return is required and where it should be sent.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, including any shipping charge paid on the order. We issue the refund within one business day of approval. Your bank or payment provider may then require three to ten business days to post it.
Damaged or incorrect items
Send your order number and a clear photograph. We will offer a replacement or refund and will not require a damaged or incorrect item to be returned.
Cancellations
Orders that have not shipped can be cancelled for a full refund. After dispatch, the request is handled under the return process above.
