What we collect, and why.
We collect the information needed to send you an order and answer your email. Nothing more.
What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, delivery address, email address and the details of the order itself. Payment is handled by our payment processor. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, and we never see or store your full card details. When you email us, we hold your message and the address you sent it from.
What we use it for
We use this information to take payment, prepare and send your parcel, send you tracking and order updates, handle returns and refunds, answer your questions, and keep the records required for running the business.
Who we share it with
We share what is needed to fulfil your order. Our payment processor receives the payment information, and the carrier receives your name, delivery address and contact details so the parcel can be delivered. We do not sell your information and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we need them to support the order, honour the 100-day fit guarantee and meet accounting and tax record requirements. Email correspondence is kept while it is useful for supporting you, then deleted.
Access and deletion
Email support@knitpair.com to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We aim to reply within one business day. Some order records must be retained for accounting purposes even after a deletion request, and we will tell you if that applies.
Cookies
This site uses cookies for basic functions such as keeping your cart and checkout working, and for analytics that tell us how pages are used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although the checkout may not work correctly without the functional ones.
