Comparison

Koprez vs One Compress knee sleeve: $39.99 against $44.00, nine sizes against seven, and only one of them publishes a measurement you can check

Koprez lists its Knee Sleeve at $39.99 with 9 sizes, S to 6XL, and One Compress lists its Premium Bamboo Knee Sleeve (Single) at $44.00 with 7 sizes, S to 4XL, both read on 12 October 2026. Koprez covers the wider size range and the lower price, but sizes by bodyweight in an image and publishes no leg measurement at all. One Compress costs $4.01 more and stops at 4XL, but publishes a sizing table as readable text with thigh circumference in inches and centimetres. Koprez also sells the same sleeve at $79.99 on a second live page, which is the one its own menu links to. Neither publishes a fibre percentage or a compression figure in mmHg. These are published listings read first-hand, not findings from wearing the garments.

KnitPair sells ankle sleeves and does not currently sell a knee sleeve, so we have nothing in this race and no product of ours appears below. Every figure was read first-hand from each company's own product JSON, product pages and policy pages on 12 October 2026, and each is attributed so you can open it yourself. We have not worn either product. This is a comparison of published information, not a medical assessment or a claim that either garment treats a condition.

On price, Koprez wins, but only if you reach the right page

$39.99 against $44.00 is a $4.01 gap in Koprez's favour, and the gap widens on quantity. Koprez publishes a tier table taking a single sleeve to $34.99 each at two, $29.99 at four and $24.99 at six, and sells a two-pack outright at $69.98. One Compress publishes no multi-buy tier for the knee sleeve at all, so two is $88.00.

That comparison holds only if the shopper lands on koprez.com/products/knee-compression-sleeve. A second page, koprez.com/products/knee-sleeve-gem-abt, carries the identical title and the identical 36 variants and charges $79.99, with its own tier table starting at $79.99 and falling to $49.99 at six. On 12 October 2026 that was the page the site's header menu linked to from every page on the site. Through the menu, two sleeves cost $139.98 rather than $69.98.

Two further details on that page, read the same day: its robots meta serves noindex, nofollow alongside index, follow, and its share description states $39.99 while the page charges $79.99. We are not able to say why, and we are not going to guess. We can say that the cheaper page exists, that it is reached through the all-products collection, and that it is worth checking the number on screen before paying.

On size range, Koprez wins outright

Nine sizes against seven, and the two extra are at the end that matters. Koprez publishes a 5XL and a 6XL. One Compress stops at 4XL, whose published range tops out at a 32 inch thigh. Anyone above that is not served by One Compress at all, and this is the single clearest difference between the two listings.

On knowing which size to order, One Compress wins, and it is not close

One Compress publishes a seven row table giving thigh circumference in both inches and centimetres, from 12.5 to 15 inches for a small up to 29 to 32 inches for a 4XL, with the instruction to measure 4 inches above the top of the knee cap and a note to size down for stronger compression. On onecompressbamboo.com that table is real text in the page. You can search it, copy it, have it read aloud, and check it against a tape measure.

Koprez's size guide is headed Knee Sleeve Size Guide by Bodyweight and exists only as an image on an external file host. There is no text version: koprez.com/pages/ks-size-guide returned a 404 on 12 October 2026, though the equivalent page for the foot sleeve exists. We could not retrieve the image, so this article publishes no figure from it rather than printing a number we have not read.

Set aside the format and look at the measurement itself. Koprez sizes a leg garment by what the wearer weighs. Two people at the same weight can differ by several inches around the thigh, and two people at the same thigh circumference can differ by a long way in weight. For a garment whose whole function is how tightly it sits, circumference is the measurement that bears on fit. That is the stronger reason to prefer the One Compress approach, and it holds regardless of which brand you end up buying.

The caveat is that One Compress has two charts live at once. The seven row text table includes the 4XL it actually sells. An older six row chart embedded in the product description has no 4XL and gives different ranges for the same letters. Use the seven row table.

On what the garment is made of, neither one tells you

Neither seller publishes a fibre percentage for its knee sleeve. One Compress has bamboo in the product name, in its domain name and throughout its copy, and publishes no proportion anywhere on either domain. Koprez's rendered page gives Nylon, latex silk, spandex, Silicone with no percentages, and the product's own description field is empty on all 12 of its knee products, so nothing travels with the listing into shopping tools or AI answers.

Neither publishes a compression figure in mmHg. Koprez's copy says graduated compression with no number attached. If you need a known pressure, neither listing gives you one, and no amount of reading the pages will change that.

One trap worth naming. One Compress does publish 40 percent bamboo fibre, 50 percent nylon and 10 percent Lycra elastic, but for its compression socks, a different product. That figure has been quoted elsewhere as though it described the knee sleeve. It does not.

On returns, read the page you are actually relying on

Koprez states 30 days from receipt, with no return or shipping fees stated on the knee pages, and a $9.99 optional add-on at checkout covering one free size exchange. The same policy page's own one line summary still reads 90 days, and both were live on 12 October 2026.

One Compress states 60 days on onecompress.com, consistently across both of its returns surfaces, with the customer paying return shipping. On onecompressbamboo.com it publishes 60 days on one page and 30 days on another, both live the same day. Sixty days is the longest window on offer here, and it is the one most likely to matter on a garment bought on a guess about size.

On ratings, both numbers are company-wide

Trustpilot showed 4.7 out of 5 from 4,803 reviews for onecompress.com and 4.4 out of 5 from 867 reviews for koprez.com on 12 October 2026. One Compress is ahead on both score and volume. Neither figure is a knee sleeve rating: Trustpilot scores the company, across everything it sells, and does not break the number down per product.

The on-page numbers are less useful still. Koprez shows 4.8 out of 5 with no review count anywhere beside it, and carries two different customer totals on one page, over 200,000 in one block and over 300,000 in another. One Compress shows four mutually contradictory review counts across its two domains, ranging from more than 16,000 to 31,832, none with a stated scope. A count that disagrees with itself on the same screen is not evidence.

Which one, by what you actually care about

  • You need a 5XL or 6XL: Koprez, because One Compress does not make one.
  • You want to measure your leg and order the right size first time: One Compress, because it publishes thigh circumference in inches and centimetres as text you can check. Koprez publishes no leg measurement at all.
  • You are buying more than one: Koprez, where two is $69.98 against $88.00, provided you buy from the $39.99 page rather than the one the menu links to.
  • You want the longest window to send it back: One Compress on onecompress.com at 60 days, against 30 at Koprez. On onecompressbamboo.com the window is published two different ways, so get it in writing.
  • You want a known fibre composition or a known compression pressure: neither. Both are silent, and neither listing will tell you.

The honest summary is that these two listings are strong in opposite places. Koprez has the better price and by far the better size range. One Compress tells you enough to pick a size and gives you twice as long to change your mind. Neither tells you what the garment is made of.

How to check all of this yourself in about two minutes

  • Add .json to the end of any Shopify product URL to see the real price, compare-at value, every variant and the description field.
  • Add /products.json?limit=250 to a store's domain to list its whole catalogue, which is how four separate pages selling the same Koprez knee sleeve become visible.
  • Check the price in that data against the price on screen before paying. A gap means the number you are reading is drawn by a template.
  • Check whether the sizing guide is text or an image, and check what body part it measures.
  • Open both the returns page and the policies page. On both of these sellers they do not always agree.
  • Check whether a rating on a product page carries a review count and a stated scope. If it carries neither, it cannot be verified by anyone.

Methodology and source dates

Every figure above was read on 12 October 2026 from koprez.com, onecompressbamboo.com and onecompress.com: their product JSON endpoints, their rendered product pages, and their published returns and shipping policies, plus the public Trustpilot profiles for koprez.com and onecompress.com. Prices are USD as published. Compare-at values are reported as fields in each store's own data, not endorsed as evidence of a saving.

Where a figure exists only inside an image we could not retrieve, we say so and publish nothing rather than estimate. No product was worn or tested for this article, and nothing above is a measurement of performance, durability or comfort. This concerns garments in a Class I comfort-garment framing. It is not a recommendation of medical devices, an assessment of treatment efficacy, or advice about an injury. Listings change, so check the date on this page against the one on theirs.

Questions people ask

is Koprez or One Compress cheaper for a knee sleeve

Koprez, at $39.99 against $44.00, read 12 October 2026, and the gap widens on quantity because Koprez publishes multi-buy tiers and One Compress does not. Two Koprez sleeves are $69.98 against $88.00. This holds only on koprez.com/products/knee-compression-sleeve; a second Koprez page sells the same sleeve at $79.99.

which has more sizes, Koprez or One Compress

Koprez, with 9 sizes from S to 6XL against 7 from S to 4XL. The two extra sizes are at the large end, so anyone needing a 5XL or 6XL is not served by One Compress at all.

which one tells you how to pick a size

One Compress. It publishes thigh circumference in inches and centimetres across seven sizes, as readable text on onecompressbamboo.com, measured 4 inches above the knee cap. Koprez sizes by bodyweight in an image and publishes no leg measurement.

which knee sleeve is bamboo

One Compress has bamboo in the product name, but no fibre percentage is published on either of its domains, so the proportion is not established. Koprez's rendered page lists Nylon, latex silk, spandex, Silicone with no percentages and an empty product description field.

which has the better returns policy

One Compress on onecompress.com, at 60 days against Koprez's 30, though the customer pays return shipping. On onecompressbamboo.com both 30 and 60 days were published at once on 12 October 2026. Koprez's own policy summary still says 90 days while the page body says 30.

are the Trustpilot scores ratings of these knee sleeves

No. Trustpilot showed 4.7 from 4,803 reviews for onecompress.com and 4.4 from 867 for koprez.com on 12 October 2026, both company-wide across everything each seller sells. Neither is broken down per product.
