Sizing and Fit
How to Measure Your Ankle for an Ankle Sleeve
Measure the circumference around your leg about 2 inches (5 cm) above the ankle bone, then compare that number with the published size ranges. A soft measuring tape gives the clearest result. Sizing is unisex.

Measure in four steps
Measure in the afternoon, when your legs and feet are likely to be at their fullest. Keep the tape level rather than angled.
- 1Stand barefoot on a level floor.
- 2Find the ankle bone, then move about 2 inches (5 cm) up the leg.
- 3Wrap a soft tape around the leg at that point, snug without pulling into the skin.
- 4Record the result in centimetres or inches and check the size chart.
Read the published ranges
The three published sizes are M at 7.5 to 9 in (19 to 23 cm), L at 9 to 10.4 in (23 to 26.5 cm) and XL at 10.4 in (26.5 cm) and up. The ranges describe the part of the leg the sleeve fastens around.
If your measurement sits between two sizes, the manufacturer guidance is that a smaller size gives a tighter, firmer fit and a larger size gives a looser fit. Contact support if you remain unsure.
