Can You Wear Ankle Sleeves With Socks?
Yes. KnitPair can be worn with your normal socks and footwear. Position the sleeve first, keep it flat, then pull the sock over it carefully so the edges do not roll.

Wearing the sleeve against the skin makes placement easy to see. Seat the heel, settle the sleeve around the ankle and midfoot, fasten the strap flat, then add the sock without dragging the sleeve forward or backward.

- 3Pull the sock on gradually.
- 4Check the sleeve again before putting on the shoe.
Over a sock
A sleeve may also be placed over a thin sock, provided it stays flat and the combined layers fit comfortably inside the shoe. Thick socks add more material and can change the feel.
There is no single arrangement that suits every shoe. The useful test is whether the sleeve remains correctly positioned, even and free of folds.
